Accessibility Guidelines

Accessibility Guidelines – The first step toward inclusive education is to ensure equity of access for all learners, no matter what their varied needs are.  Technology is an important tool for delivering education around the world, but it can be as much a barrier as an on-ramp to learning.  Guidance exists in many areas to help ensure that our face-to-face and online systems of education are accessible for all. INCLUDE will gather and post such resources and links here.

Toolkits

Toolkits – Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is a curriculum design framework that supports inclusive education for all learners.  Over the years since its development, many toolkits have emerged to help guide the use of UDL in education. Explanations of these toolkits and others, and links to resources for them will be shared here.

Case studies

Case Studies – Share exemplary case studies from your own educational settings, or from other sources, that demonstrate in different ways how inclusive educational practices can be successful in various educational environments and at different levels of education.

Post your materials

Post Your Materials – Help to build an international library of materials that support inclusive education and that can help others to successfully include all students by recognizing and honouring their varied needs, interests, and capacities and designing curricula, strategies, and instructional approaches that embrace these.
